Wedding

Coming from Holland, we wanted a small but special wedding, so Theo thought Ireland would be the perfect place for our wedding. So we arranged a wedding planner in Ireland and because we read good things about Kate’s work, we decided to let Kate arrange our special day.

Having Kate as a wedding planner was very relaxing, because she arranged (including the stuff that even we wouldn’t think about) everything we needed in Ireland for our wedding. The last thing you want is to worry about that.

A 1957 Austin Princess drove us that day to the Castle and we were welcomed by a piper. Fr. Joseph Ryan did the blessing service very nice. He did it in an easy way and made us feel very comfortable.

When the blessing was done we were brought back to Doolin were we had our diner and party in the O’Connor’s Pub. Our photographer, Mike Mulcaire made beautiful pictures of us and the wedding. Our wedding was perfect, it was like a dream!

Kate did a very nice job. Thank you for that and we will also thank Joseph and Mike for making our wedding very special. We will never forget this perfectly arranged day and Ireland has forever a very special place in our hearts.
